Canada Post is seeking two temporary delivery agents (Letter Carriers) in Perth. This role requires being active outdoors, sorting deliveries, and driving a postal vehicle. Ideal candidates will have a safe driving record, lift heavy items regularly, and assist in completing deliveries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort mail and parcels at the depot every day
• Load and operate Canada Post postal vehicles
• Deliver mail and packages efficiently through designated routes
• Return to depot to unload incoming deliveries
Requirements:
• Valid Class5 or ClassG driver’s licence (minimum 3 years)
• Capable of lifting items of up to 22.7kg (50lb)
• Availability for on-call work in varying weather
• Proficiency in English or French essential
