Become a Casual Courier with Fed Ex Canada, providing efficient pick-up and delivery on assigned routes. Perform customer service functions while maintaining professional appearance.
This role requires flexibility with a minimum of four shifts monthly. You will be responsible for safely delivering and picking up packages, ensuring compliance with service standards, and maintaining accurate tracking. Customer communication is vital as you inform them about Fed Ex services and assist with any inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate vehicle safely following government regulations
• Deliver and pick up packages efficiently on assigned routes
• Ensure accurate labeling and paperwork for shipments
• Adhere to Courier Best Practices and company procedures
• Assist customer inquiries regarding Fed Ex services
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in French and English is required in Quebec
