As a Warehouse Supervisor reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily activities within the Norseman manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities include managing the shipping/receiving team, training staff, and ensuring that raw materials are supplied efficiently to the production floor. By focusing on quality, safety, and accuracy, you will play a pivotal role in the success of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead warehouse team effectively

• Coordinate inbound and outbound carriers and couriers

• Inspect and verify incoming goods for accuracy

• Conduct inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies

• Supervise training for warehouse staff on procedures

Requirements:

• 3+ years in warehouse and shipping/receiving

• 2+ years in a supervisory role within warehousing

• Forklift certification and 3 years of operation experience

• Experience with inventory management software

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
