• Partner with customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain turn time metrics of 24-36 hours for order resolution replies
• Maintain daily performance tracking and record keeping of Order Entry Draft and fulfill “No Charge” orders company wide
• Assist team lead and other department SMEs
• Provide support in other order management areas as needed
• Assist with training as needed
• Practice 5S and safety
• Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
• Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working daily and weekend overtime as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School or GED diploma required
• Proficient typing and ten key skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office AX experience required
• HJ experience preferred
