£29,500 Were delighted to be working with a well-established, highly respected business in Newmarket. They are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month from 9:00am to 12:30pm. Key responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries in a professional and helpful manner Assisting customers with bookings and reservations Advising customers on products and services, using your knowledge to find the right options Updating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate customer information Supporting the wider team with general administration and customer service tasks Were looking for someone who:
Has a friendly and professional telephone manner Has excellent communication and customer service skills Is organised with strong attention to detail Is confident using IT systems and comfortable learning new software Has a positive, proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a team This is a great opportunity to join a stable and supportive business, with full training provided and the chance to develop your customer service and bookings experience.
