The Role
Based on-site at HMP Highpoint, you will work with small groups of prison-based learners, helping them to develop their motor vehicle maintenance and repair skills, knowledge, and workplace behaviours while supporting them in achieving their long-term goals and aspirations.
As a Motor Mechanics Tutor, you will ensure that effective training plans are in place and that learners receive appropriate support to meet their learning objectives.
