Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH in community settings, helping them reconnect with education and build confidence.
You will work flexibly across locations, building strong relationships with families and professionals, while monitoring progress and adhering to safeguarding protocols. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with daytime weekday availability.
