Location:
Newmarket, Suffolk
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Company wide Bonus Scheme

The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer / Manager to take full ownership of engineering and manufacturing projects from concept through to completion.
You will lead client projects end-to-end, beginning with initial client engagement, progressing through design and manufacture, and culminating in final installation and handover. This is a highly autonomous role offering genuine responsibility and the chance to make a significant impact within a growing business.

The Role
* Manage full lifecycle engineering and manufacturing projects
* Liaise directly with clients from initial enquiry through to installation
* Oversee design, production, and delivery stages
* Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Travel to client sites as required
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A mechanical engineering qualification (HNC, HND, or Degree)
* Proven experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects from start to finish
* Experience with in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (desirable)
* Working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor (advantageous)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
* The right to work in the UK (please note: sponsorship is not available)
