Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, confident, and keen to build a long-term career in recruitment.

The role will include:

* Building and maintaining a reliable pool of temporary workers across a variety of sectors

* Pre-screening candidates, managing compliance and maintaining accurate records

* Monitoring temporary staff performance and resolving attendance or performance issues promptly

* Supporting permanent recruitment through end-to-end candidate screening

* Submitting suitable candidates in a timely manner and working closely with management on compliance and invoicing

* Keeping the database up to date and accurate

Candidate relationship management is a key part of the role. You will be in regular contact with candidates via telephone, email and social media, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times.

A proactive approach to achieving KPIs and financial targets is essential.

* Full-time, permanent position

* Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm

* Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required
