• Build and maintain a reliable pool of temporary workers across a variety of sectors.
• Pre‑screen candidates, manage compliance, and keep accurate records.
• Monitor temporary staff performance and resolve attendance or performance issues promptly.
• Support permanent recruitment through end‑to‑end candidate screening.
• Submit suitable candidates in a timely manner and work closely with management on compliance and invoicing.
• Keep the database up to date and accurate.

Candidate relationship management is a key part of the role; you will be in regular contact with candidates via telephone, email, and social media, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times.

A proactive approach to achieving KPIs and financial targets is essential.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• A positive, driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Someone motivated to learn and progress.

• Full‑time, permanent position.
• Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.00 pm.
• Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
