An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer for our client based near Newmarket, Suffolk.

As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Proactively complete maintenance, servicing, and administrative tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Lead to maintain operational efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure operational priorities are aligned and client expectations are met at all times
• Coordinate with employees and suppliers to clarify maintenance requirements and ensure timely task completion
• Adhering to H&S policies at all times.

An ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer will have:

• Demonstrate knowledge of working with hazardous materials and the risks involved
• Working knowledge of tool craft equipment, including grinding and welding
• Confident in using computers and standard workplace software.
