You will work at the interface of Research, Development, Quality Control and Production to develop new products and optimise manufacturing processes from laboratory scale through to production.
This hands-on role focuses on problem-solving, process improvement and cross-functional teamwork, reporting to the Development Lead and supporting scaling-up projects
