Technical Sales Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join a growing Electrical Manufacturing Engineering SME as its first dedicated Technical Sales Manager

You will drive commercial growth, win new business and develop key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business
• Develop relationships with OEMs, contractors and engineering customers
• Manage enquiries and convert opportunities into orders
• Understand technical requirements and provide solutions
• Work closely with engineering and production teams
• Help shape the future sales function

We are looking for a commercially driven individual with experience in electrical, electronic or electromechanical engineering
.

You will ideally have:

• Experience selling engineered products, systems or technical solutions
• Strong technical sales/business development experience
• Experience working within an SME
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambition to grow with the business
