We are looking for a Multi Skilled Security Officer to join our team supporting one of the most prestigious and internationally renowned sites in our portfolio. This is a world class equestrian estate, home to a globally celebrated thoroughbred breeding and racing operation with a presence across several continents. We offer a structured rolling rota designed to give you predictability and a healthy work life balance:

• 12 hour shifts, covering Days (06:15 to 18:15) and Nights (18:15 to 06:15)
• 7 day shifts followed by 3 days off, then 7 night shifts followed by 4 days off
• Every third weekend off
• Relief work also available for those seeking flexible hours

As a Multi Skilled Security Officer, you will be at the heart of protecting people, property and assets for a major client site. Your role will be varied, hands on and genuinely valued, including:

• Carrying out internal and external site patrols, including perimeter and fire door checks
• Preventing unauthorised access to and within site perimeters and buildings
• Liaising daily with our technical team to report any alarm, CCTV or gate issues
• Working closely with departmental heads to resolve issues affecting property and assets
• Responding promptly and professionally to all incidents and emergencies onsite
• Managing site gatehouse operations
• Overseeing site keys and incident report management
• Identifying and reporting any health and safety breaches to keep everyone on site safe
• Ensuring access and egress procedures are followed in line with company policy
• Delivering excellent, courteous customer service at every interaction
• Handling sensitive data responsibly and in line with company policy and GDPR regulations

• A full valid UK driving licence, as you will be required to drive company vehicles
• A valid SIA licence
• Confident computer literacy in Microsoft Office and bespoke systems (full training provided)
