Gateway Management Company is currently looking for a Temporary Assistant Property Manager for Jefferson Grove apartment community located in Newnan, GA.
This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the community, including but not limited to helping prospective tenants, answering phones, routing service requests for maintenance staff, and assisting the Property Manager as needed.
Must have a high school education or equivalent and prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or one year experience in a customer service related to property management. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, be organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to effectively work with all types of people.
