MASTER, a leader in the disaster restoration services, is seeking a Construction Superintendent for our Large Loss Division. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with commercial construction. This position will strive to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue, growth and profitability for the SRM Division through effective project management.

• Must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time
• Serve as primary liaison with the customer
• Manage all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitability
• Coordinate daily work for technicians and subcontractors to complete projects
• Ensure that all employees perform their job duties in a safe manner and that they take all reasonable precautions to avoid work related accidents

• Must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time
• Must have project management experience
• Must have construction background
• Good customer service skills
• Must obtain a sense of urgency, problem solving and decision making
• Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
• Working knowledge of basic office equipment
• Must be able to learn and utilize our proprietary software;
  Chronicle, Xactimate and others as necessary
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
