Video Producer; Grants Mill Campus

The Video Producer supports the creation of video content for service experiences and communication platforms by taking film projects from idea conception, to planning, to pre-production.

The candidate we are seeking is:

• A follower of Christ.
• An active member of Church of the Highlands.
• Passionate about communicating through video.
• Someone who has a passion for telling stories through images.
• A conceptual thinker with excellent communication skills who is able to take creative concepts from start to finish.
• A self-starter that thrives as part of a team.

Requirements include:

• Experience managing multiple project timelines successfully keeping multiple team members on schedule and meeting milestones and deadlines.
• Ability to work as a team player and discuss needs, challenges and ideas.
• Knowledge of industry-specific practices, tools and language.
• Must be a strong communicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Experience acting on camera.

Responsibilities include:

• Plans all logistics to film content.
• Assist both the Video Director and Project Managers with logistics required for video shoots.
• Travel to different campuses to gather members’ stories and content ideas.
• Manage the inter-departmental relationships to ease the flow of story-sharing and communication flow between teams.
• Provide ongoing project plan/status reporting for use by the Director and team.
