Lead, Customer Service

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative to join a third party logistics client in Newnan, GA.This location holds the inventory for an appliance retail company and is responsible for delivery and installation of the appliances in customer’s residential homes. The Customer Service team is responsible for answering calls and emails from customers who are expecting delivery and installations of these appliance.

In this role, you will provide customers updates on the status of their order, work with the drivers to reschedule deliveries when needed, and resolve customer escalations on issues with their order such as missing or damaged parts. As a Lead, Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service.

Hours:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 12:30-9 PM EST (Wednesday and Thursday off)

Pay rate: $21.50-22/hr. per hour.

2+ years of Customer Service experience as a1+ years of experience as a lead, supervisor or manager

Prior experience in a warehouse/supply chain/logistics/3PL setting: dispatch, field operations, routing, resolving customer or driver escalations or logistics support
