Job DescriptionAs a Dental Assistant at Bespoke Dental, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and ensuring our patients have a positive experience. You will assist with clinical procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and help manage patient flow to provide efficient and effective care.
Responsibilities- Patient Care: Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and radiographs while ensuring the patient s comfort throughout their visit.
- Instrument Management: Sterilize and prepare instruments and equipment for dental procedures.
- Treatment Preparation: Prepare and organize dental materials, instruments, lab cases, and consent forms.
- Patient Records: Update and maintain accurate patient records/notes and charts.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and post-treatment care.
- Appointment Management: Help manage patient appointments and follow-up schedules.
- Clinical Support: Provide support to the dental team during procedures and help maintain a clean and organized clinical area.
- Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment.

Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
- Certification from an accredited dental assisting program is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Experience with Oryx dental practice management software is a plus, or open to learning new one.
