Montessori Toddler Lead Teacher

The Carolyn Barron Montessori School (CBMS), located in historic downtown Newnan, Georgia—just 30 miles south of the Atlanta Airport—is seeking an exceptional Toddler Lead Teacher (ages 18 months - 3 years) to join our thriving Montessori community.

CBMS is an independent, non‑profit, AMI‑recognized school fully committed to authentic Montessori practices and principles. We provide a prepared and stimulating environment that nurtures a lifetime love of learning. Therefore, we are searching for an enthusiastic, collaborative educator who is experienced and passionate about Montessori education while bringing a light‑hearted and genuine approach to the classroom.

Our vibrant school community consists of two Toddler classrooms, two Primary classrooms (ages 3‑6), a Lower Elementary classroom (ages 6‑9), and an Upper Elementary classroom (ages 9‑12).

• Holds a Montessori certification for Toddler or is actively pursuing training.
• Possesses a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional classroom management skills.
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills to foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Is committed to implementing high‑quality Montessori education aligned with established standards.
• Can create an enriching environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and collaborative learning.
