Toddler Lead

We are a close-knit, non-profit Montessori school offering a unique environment where children explore, learn, and grow surrounded by nature. Our 5-acre campus provides a peaceful and inspiring space for both students and staff, right in the heart of beautiful downtown Newnan, GA.

• Lead a Montessori Toddler classroom following authentic Montessori principles.
• Cultivate a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment for children ages 18 mos. – 3 years.
• Foster independence, curiosity, and social development through hands‑on learning experiences.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to support the school’s mission and maintain a strong sense of community.

• Montessori certification (Toddler level).
• Experience leading a Montessori Toddler classroom preferred
• A deep commitment to the Montessori philosophy and working with young children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
