Position Summary:

The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products and processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our organization.

• Design and develop new products and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product quality
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product design and development
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Experience with Titan ERP a plus
• Experience with project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to solve problems
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets
• Ability to resolve complex customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport within a team
