The Engineering Manager oversees an entire Engineering Group, ensuring efficient operations, on‑time project delivery, and strict adherence to engineering and project specifications. This leadership role balances people management, technical supervision, and process improvement to drive overall team performance.

• Supervise and develop engineering staff through mentoring, training, and performance management
• Foster engagement and trust to strengthen team cohesion and retention
• Plan, schedule, and allocate work for all ongoing projects
• Monitor performance metrics (productivity and on‑time delivery)
• Ensure consistent adherence to company and project procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to optimize project outcomes and customer satisfaction

• 5+ years in engineering management within a manufacturing setting
• Minimum of 3 years in fabrication, submission applications, or design
• Proficient in AutoCAD (intermediate to advanced)
• Knowledge of fabrication and field erection methods
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset
