Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – ABA Centers of Georgia

Location: Newnan, GA

Pay:
Base pay range: $50,960.00/yr – $50,960.00/yr
Starting rates: $24.50/hour for BT, $26/hour for RBT
Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

• Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or one of our new centers.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based behavior treatments.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in training sessions.
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and other team members.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver’s license, and car insurance for in‑home services.
• Maintenance of clean background/drug screening and driving record.
• BT: Ability to attend our 40‑hour RBT training course and be eligible to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
• RBT: Ability to attend the required training program.
