• Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan, monitor performance, and take actions to meet McDonald’s standards, maintain safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth transition.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
