Overview
Inbound/Outbound Manager to join a leading retail distribution team in Newnan, GA. The ideal candidate will oversee either inbound receiving or outbound shipping functions, playing a crucial role in the distribution center's management.
Responsibilities- Analyze operational trends, identify performance gaps, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Lead the team in setting and achieving goals.
- Manage departmental budgets and collaborate with human resources to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- A minimum of five years in distribution, logistics, and management.
- Experience supervising salaried reports in a distribution environment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience with conveyor systems and automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
- Annual Bonus
