Calibration Lab Service Coordinator

Position: CALIBRATION LAB SERVICE COORDINATOR

* JOB DUTIES:

** Ensure all documentation meets company, ISO, and customer requirements. Process all Calibration Lab return authorizations (RA) to and through the Cal Lab and Service Departments
*
* Job Requirements:

** Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and handle instruments for extended periods. Ability to be “team-oriented” individual dedicated to customer satisfaction Ability to work well with group associates and other company personnel Ability to be well organized, and self-starter Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to communicate well in both oral and written media

* Minimum Qualifications:

** 2 years’ experience in the handling and documentation of technical equipment.
2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment related to shipping and receiving1 year of administrative experience, including Microsoft Office. 1 year of experience using databases and software systems in a manufacturing environment

* Preferred Qualifications:

** Knowledge of ISO
