Your Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the operation of production machinery
- Conduct thorough visual and physical checks of all finished goods
- Spot and document any product flaws or quality concerns
- Ensure all production and quality documentation is filled out with precision
- Help maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organized workspace for the entire team
- Ensure raw materials are consistently available to keep production lines running
- Provide support for basic equipment troubleshooting and production tasks
- Gain proficiency across various sections of the floor to support operational flexibility
- Uphold all safety, food safety, and GMP standards to protect our workplace
- Proactively alert management to any safety, quality, or output issues
- Demonstrate consistent and dependable attendance patterns
- Completion of high school or equivalent (GED)
- Prior background in a manufacturing or production setting is mandatory
- Experience operating production-related machinery is highly valued
- Maintain a sharp focus on detail to ensure high-quality output
- Exhibit a strong commitment to safety and reliability
- Demonstrate the ability to adhere to standard operating procedures
- Thrive in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Possess the physical capacity to stand, walk, and bend throughout your shift
