• Strategy Development:
  Build and maintain content marketing strategies that align with partner business objectives and drive growth.
• Content Planning:
  Create editorial calendars for blogs, videos, social, email and steward workflows for timely execution.
• Content Oversight:
  Direct and refine creation, editing, and publishing process to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Team & Contractor Project Management:
  Coordinate the work of in-house team members and external contractors, managing assignments, timelines, and deliverables.
• AI-Driven Content Production:
  Manage and leverage AI platforms such as ChatGPT to support ideation, drafting, and scaling while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.
• Audience & Market Research:
  Analyze competitors, audiences, and engagement data to inform content planning as needed.
• Content Audits:
  Review existing content libraries, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend improvements.

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, marketing strategy, or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel content campaigns.
• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with content channels, analytics tools, publishing platforms, and emerging AI platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

• Experience with Google Suite, Meta Platforms, and Mailchimp.
• Experience managing automated email campaigns for lead generation and retargeting.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for ideation and efficiency.
• Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

$40-50k based on experience.
