Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join the Piedmont Pulmonary and Sleep office in Newnan. This is a full‑time outpatient position.
Responsibilities- Functions as an independent provider in a busy Pulmonary office with MDs available to assist in evaluating complex patients as needed.
- Takes patient histories, conducts physical examinations, writes progress notes, and develops appropriate treatment plans.
- Orders and interprets laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures including Chest X‑rays, Chest CTs, and Pulmonary Function testing. Explains the necessity, nature, and results of scheduled diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to the patient.

Graduate of a Physician Assistant program with a current license for the Georgia State Composite Board. - NP:
Graduate from a school of nursing with a current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master’s degree in Nursing.

Newnan, GA. Salary range: $105,000 – $145,000.
