Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full‑Time Night

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing the nursing process in accordance with Piedmont Healthcare’s Mission and Vision Statements. The LPN functions within the framework of their license and the policy and procedures of the organization, demonstrates professional growth and accountability, guides ancillary staff, and collaborates with other health care professionals to deliver quality nursing care.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider, the LPN:

• Provides nursing care to patients across all life stages.
• Conducts assessments, develops care plans, implements interventions, and documents patient progress.
• Guides ancillary staff and collaborates with health care professionals to ensure high‑quality care.
• Maintains professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning as required by the license and organizational policies.

• Minimum education required: Graduate of an LPN program.
• Minimum experience required: New graduates of an accredited nursing school are eligible.
• Licensure/Certification: Current License in the State of Georgia as a LPN or NLC/eNLC Multistate License; BLS certification required.
