Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care, as well as household tasks like vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
