Qualifications

  RNlicensureasrequiredbystate regulations.
• BLScertificationwith
  
  ACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstarting position.
• CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibility requirements.
• Bachelor'sDegreein
  
  Nursingorrelatedfield preferred.
• Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfive years).
• Previous leadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
