Join Dunc's BBQ Kitchen & Smokehouse as an Experienced Kitchen Manager, where you'll lead a passionate team in delivering mouthwatering meals in our Dunc's BBQ Kitchen Restaurant and Catering for events of all sizes from Dunc's Catering Kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and management skills in a vibrant kitchen environment.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
• Manage and train kitchen staff to enhance culinary skills and teamwork.
• Implement menu items that reflect our commitment to authentic BBQ and Southern Food Favorites in our restaurant, as well as custom catering menus for events.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide an exceptional dining experience.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for all kitchen personnel.

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to create and execute innovative menu items.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Serve Safe certification required.
