Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper will work in the Newnan, GA office. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain Quickbooks Enterprise for 4 retail store locations
• Weekly sales entries
• Weekly purchase entries
• Weekly perpetual inventory entries
• Weekly perpetual inventory calculations
• Weekly PnL creation
• Weekly bank reconciliations
• Download weekly sales file from POS
• Download bi-weekly payroll file from ADP
• Monthly financial statement creation
• Assist with various Excel sheets that require updating
• Assist with any office projects

• Full-time, Monday‑Friday attendance
• Proficient in Excel, Quickbooks, Outlook, Word, Copy & Print, and PDF changes
• Positive attitude and willingness to keep changing the store to stay ahead of industry trends

Little Giant Farmer’s Market was founded in Riverdale, GA, in 1984 with a focus on fresh produce. The store expanded into a full-service supermarket and has been growing ever since.
