• Outdoor and Independent Work:
  You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be mobile, independent, and responsible for your own route, serving as the face of Northwest in the local community.
• Training and Development:
  No exterminating experience required. We provide comprehensive training and then you’ll lead your own customer accounts.
• Community Impact:
  Active volunteer with our Good Deeds Team, giving back to the areas we serve.

• Building Relationships:
  Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route:
  Handle day‑to‑day operations with excellent time management.

• Perform both preconstruction and post‑construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams (customer service, sales, and management) to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply products according to label standards.

Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Starting Hourly Pay: $15-$18
• Company vehicle and company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments.

• Safely use ladders up to 32 feet within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
