** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
* Monitor concrete quality and assist with proper unloading at delivery locations.
* Follow all safety, environmental, and transportation regulations while providing excellent customer service.###
** What Are We Looking For
*** Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to operate commercial vehicles safely.
* Strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and defensive driving practices.
* Ability to inspect equipment, identify issues, and report maintenance needs promptly.
* Customer-focused mindset with effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Dependable, self-motivated individual able to manage time, adapt to changing schedules, and work in a fast-paced environment.###
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.###
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.###
** What We Offer*** $22.32 to $26.20 per hour.
* Candidates with
** one year or more of RMC experience
** are eligible for a **$1,500 sign-on bonus**, payable after 90 days of successful employment.
