This position requires a high level of autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail. The Senior Accountant will be an active and essential contributor to our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all functions.

• Financial Close Ownership:
  Lead the execution and review of the monthly and annual financial close processes ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Complex General Ledger & Reconciliations:
  Own and perform elaborate balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations including those related to intercompany transactions (11+ subsidiaries), foreign currency, and stock-related transactions for our employee-owned company.
• Internal Control & Quality Review:
  Review, audit, approve, and correct the work initiated by others across various accounting functions, serving as a primary check for quality control and compliance.

• Client Billing:
  Participate in the client billing process, working cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and managing the accuracy of underlying client information.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
  Oversee critical daily functions by reviewing and completing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties.
• Payroll & Expense Management:
  Review and process payroll for all employees and manage employee expense report processing.
