About the PositionWe're looking for a highly organized and resourceful individual to join our procurement team as a Accounts Payable Purchasing Clerk. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth purchasing operations, from managing vendor communications to processing orders and maintaining accurate records. WhatYou'll Do
- Prepare, review, and process purchase orders in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in sourcing products, services, and materials to meet operational requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain up‑to‑date procurement documentation and database accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Address discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and invoices promptly.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team and assist with special projects.
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, finance, or related administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa or Oracle is a plus.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Strong judgment and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
