Digital Designer, Beauty

We’re looking for a Digital Designer to support a global creative team within the beauty space. This role focuses on crafting high-quality digital design across brand, marketing, and e-commerce touchpoints, with an emphasis on strong visual storytelling and user-first experiences.

Experience designing for web, CRM/email, and social channels is a must.

• Design digital assets across web, email, social, and campaign platforms
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and marketing partners to ensure consistency across all channels
• Execute designs that align with established brand systems while pushing creative forward
• Support end-to-end digital campaigns, from concept through final delivery
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and design files
• QA digital executions and partner with development teams to ensure accuracy and performance
• Stay current on beauty, design, and digital trends to inform creative output

• 5+ years of experience in digital design, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX best practices, and mobile-first thinking
• Experience designing for web, CRM/email, and social channels
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, and detail
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced creative environment

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Mac-based workflows; basic cross-platform troubleshooting
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and collaboration tools is a plus
