The Company is a global leader in active fixed income with a strong focus on public and private markets. The Vice President will be part of the opportunistic credit team, which is dedicated to managing funds that invest in a variety of credit opportunities, including directional and relative value across public and private corporate debt and equity, stressed and distressed capital structures, and special situation opportunities.

The role involves direct engagement in the full investment process, from identification to management, and requires close collaboration with the investment organization, particularly with portfolio management professionals and the corporate research group. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in investment banking, credit research, or credit investing, with a strong background in credit analysis and financial modeling.

Experience in restructuring and distressed situations is a plus. The role demands outstanding academic credentials, leadership capabilities, a strong work ethic, and integrity. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player, capable of managing tasks with minimal direction, and will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to make quick, informed decisions is essential.
