Our client is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join their expanding finance team.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key business metrics.
- Perform detailed Budget vs. Actual analyses and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare and analyze operating expense (OpEx) reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, projections, and sophisticated financial models.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help establish scalable finance and reporting processes.
- Support executive management with ad hoc analyses and business recommendations.
- Assist with the company's upcoming Net Suite implementation and related financial system enhancements.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of FP&A processes and reporting infrastructure to support future growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Strong experience with Budget vs. Actual reporting and variance analysis.
- Experience with in the aesthetics, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or Med Tech industries.
- Exposure to Net Suite ERP.
- Experience supporting or participating in ERP implementations.
