Base pay rangeThe base pay for this role is $18-$20 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience.
You’re a caring, HCA-certified caregiver with a passion for serving othersWe’re looking for HCA-certified caregivers who enjoy creating joyful moments and providing excellent care.
Your Role- Ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to clients’ interests for meaningful engagement
- Must be 18 or older
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or have a reasonable medical exemption
- Current TB test or clear X‑ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (available through us)
- Willingness to travel up to 25 miles if necessary
- Personal care, light housework, meal preparation
- Shopping, errands, companionship
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
- $100 sign‑on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18–$20/hr)
- Bonuses for last‑minute and weekend fill‑in shifts
- Flexible schedules
- Full‑time, part‑time, on‑call, and weekend shifts available
