The Event Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing Catering events. Primary sales efforts are in Catering Food and Beverage and includes menu planning, agenda setting, and servicing hotel catering events. Duties also include contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service.

The Event Sales Manager also hosts hotel tours, maintains strong customer relationships, participates in events representing the hotel, may lead event meetings, and works as a team member with the sales and events staff. The manager works closely with the sales and events coordinator and other food and beverage and operations staff.

• A minimum of three years hotel event/catering sales experience.
