As a Dev Ops Lead Engineer optimizing development workflows, and ensure the reliability and scalability of software applications in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role plays a pivotal role in improving software delivery processes and enhancing the overall quality of IT operations. you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our software delivery pipelines, ensuring system reliability, and improving overall service quality.
You will lead a team of Dev Ops engineers and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of Dev Ops practices,
** The experience you bring:
** Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Dev Ops Engineering role
Experience with automated software build, test, and deployment
Experience with agile (e.g. SAFe Agile) and Dev Ops concepts & methodologies
Experience with AI/MLOps infrastructure enablement
Service Management experience (i.e. Incident, Release)
Proficiency with Dev Ops tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and Ansible)
Advanced knowledge of ADO, JIRA, and a CI/CD framework Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with monitoring/observability platforms (e.g. Grafana, Splunk)
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Strong communication and leadership abilities
Proven experience, leading and influencing technical teams comprised of PL employees and contractors
Knowledge of ITIL framework primarily in Service Transition and Service Operations
