Are you ready to take on complex challenges and make a real difference? As a Claims Adjuster Senior, you’ll handle some of the most intricate claims and highest exposures. You’ll work independently, using your expertise to evaluate, investigate, and settle claims while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems and enjoys collaborating with others to achieve the best outcomes.

In this role, you'll manage a variety of claims, including those with significant complexity and exposure. You'll also:

• Investigate coverage, assess liability, and determine damages.
• Interact with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders, presenting clear action plans and ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.
• Set appropriate reserves and make sound decisions which will be key to resolving claims effectively.

Your work will help protect our clients and uphold our commitment to excellence.

• High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience required.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled or able to obtain the licenses/certification per local requirements.
• Posess Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Experience with related claims and business software.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
