Litigation Paralegal

Base Pay Range

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Litigation Paralegal – seeking someone with experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing a demanding caseload from inception through trial.

• Draft and prepare legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery).
• Conduct legal research and fact investigation.
• Manage case files and coordinate all scheduling (depositions, hearings).
• Assist with trial preparation (exhibits, witness binders).
• Summarize medical records and depositions.

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Proven litigation paralegal experience, specifically in personal injury.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and court rules.
