Andrews & Higgins is a leader in pharmaceutical, medical device, dietary supplement, and sexual abuse litigation prosecuting lawsuits in State and Federal District Courts. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist with excellent client service skills to join our team! We are looking to fill this role immediately.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for the firm by greeting and checking in clients at the front desk
  • Answer and route all incoming calls, provide detailed case updates and forward messages to the corresponding legal teams
  • Review, sort, scan and distribute incoming & outgoing mail
  • Organize and maintain a large volume of e-documents and case records
  • Collaborate on time sensitive legal research projects and report status updates in weekly team meetings
  • Draft, proofread, and format pleadings & other legal documents
  • Follow up with clients and assist in case building outreach
  • Oversee organization and cleanliness of communal office and meeting spaces
Required Skills

  • Must be able to adhere to all internal firm policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office Suite: 4 years (emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Adobe Acrobat: 2 Years
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday (business hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
