ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS III
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
Pay Grade: 13

The Assistant Director of Operations oversees the operational needs of the Facilities Department. The Assistant Director III coordinates the tasks of subordinate staff and ensures training is in accordance with corporate guidelines. The role coordinates duties of the team to meet facility needs while staying within budgetary constraints. In the absence of the RRM/RM, the Assistant Director III acts as the administrative liaison between key client contacts and the department.
This position reports to the Resident Regional Manager or Regional Manager.
- Conduct regular inventory of housekeeping supplies, keeping costs in line with approved budgetary amounts.
- Oversee and monitor the site budget as a whole, including all labor costs, vendor management, and other financials.
- Establish standards and work procedures for all Facilities Services and review annually in accordance with company policies.
- Regularly inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the facility.
- Provide recommendations for updates and changes to the facility in areas of control.
- Maintain and support facility goals and objectives related to client needs.
- Onboard, train, and supervise all hourly staff within the scope of the site.
- Conduct regular staff meetings.
- Plan work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate facilities services are rendered to all areas.
- Schedule major project work, ensuring adequate staff and supplies are available.
- Conduct regular inventory of facility supplies and manage ordering of all needed supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
