Growing firm in Newport Beach is seeking a talented Operations Manager to lead integrations, staffing, financial KPIs, and work with other leaders within the organization. This is an onsite role and may require flexibility. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields and multi‑site entities.

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Conduct operational reviews and make recommendations
• Manage the daily functions of the business and/or put structures in place
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Identify gaps and drive execution to resolve and increase productivity
• Ensure successful implementation of all operations and position for growth
• Manage budget to align with goals of business

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with small emerging companies
• Blueprint and growth experience
• Proven success building and maintaining structure and process improvement
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
